KAROS #2

per flauto basso, elettronica e video

Musical and choreographic gestures have roots in the same ground, roots tightly interlaced, the polyphony that stems from the matching of their respective languages allows us to listen and to see with a more acute sense of detail. The musician and the dancer reveal us the refined art of breathing; sound and movement live through their breath becoming inseparable. In KAROS breath originates from harmony, from the wonderful capacity that sounds have to blend and to mold themselves into one single thing; it is in fact their process of connecting and separating that creates the breath, the movement; in a single word: the time
